Question by Chris: Do I actually NEED hardware such as a midi controller to use ProTools?
I want to get protools as it's apparently better than cubase, but i don't want to have to buy a midi controller or something of the sort after i get it.
what service will hardware actually provide that can't be done with a mouse/keyboard?
