Q&A: How do you export a song from Pro Tools after creating a stereo mixdown?

Question by John K: How do you export a song from Pro Tools after creating a stereo mixdown?
So, I'm finishing recording a CD, and am looking at the mastering process. All other mastering steps aside, how do you simply export the song? I've recorded all the tracks to a stereo mixdown. I know there's bounce-to-disk, but I've heard this loses some audio quality. Are there other ways of doing this? I tried just taking the actual recorded files, but there are two mono files, and am not sure how
