Driver update not available?

i am looking to update this but every site leads to some microsoft site in which i can't find were the download is... also i am only doing this because my sound is not working and i have only know its the motherboard that won't register the sound so i dled the Realtek Ac97 update then it worked but it stopped working again today... I dled Driver Robot trial so i can see what drivers i need to update....
