I have a MIDI joystick cable and a extra USB cable that i can use for some devices like PSP, some cellphones, some mp3 devices, etc!
i live in the Philippines and i have no money so buying at eBay or any other sites is impossible(I'm still 17)

There is no way, unless you have electronic skills and chips, to convert such a midi cable into USB one.
