where is the registration code for pro tools?

Question by Jim: where is the registration code for pro tools?
I just bought Pro Tools, and I'm trying to register, but it says I need a registration code, Release Code, and Serial Number. Apparently, they're all on the same page, perhaps in the Setup Guide, but i can't find them! can somebody help me?
